Cedarville Golf Places 2nd in Russ Hogue Memorial Tournament

Cedarville junior Adam Wood shot 78 and senior Noah Myers shot 79 to lead the Indians to a second-place finish Tuesday in the Russ Hogue Memorial at Cherokee Hills Golf Course in Bellefontaine.

Cedarville finished at 349 behind tournament champion Shawnee at 336 on the par 71 course. The Braves were led by medalist Grant Engle’s 68.

Wood was tied for second overall and Myers was fourth. Caleb Smith, a junior, added a 95 and Logan Brennaman, a sophomore, shot 97 for the Indians.
