Triad was led by match medalist Kayleigh Boldman 48, followed by Lexi Moore 49, Shelby Sheets 64, Ashley Cave 69, Anna Nott 70, and Olivia Butz 76.

West Liberty defeated Indian Lake 6-1

The WLS boys' varsity soccer team began its 2017 season with a 6-1 victory over visiting Indian Lake. Neil Markin led the team in scoring by netting 3 goals. Ethan Cole scored twice and had 2 assists. Raiph Levan tallied one goal and 2 assists. Elias Kirker-Napiorkowski recorded just 2 saves in goal.

Noah Hurley scored for Indian Lake and Austin Parker had 10 saves in goal.

WLS next plays Urbana this Tuesday at 7 pm at home.
